As a Project Leader- New Model Quality, you'll play a critical role in shaping the quality of Aston Martin's future vehicles, working from concept through to launch to ensure quality is built in from the very beginning.
Working across Product Creation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Launch teams, you'll champion quality throughout the development process, ensuring programme objectives are achieved while never losing sight of the customer experience.
You'll lead quality planning activities, drive key deliverables, monitor programme readiness and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders across the business, including executive leadership. You'll be responsible for translating programme objectives into actionable plans, managing quality KPIs and ensuring lessons learned are embedded into future vehicle designs.

We're looking for someone who combines strong programme leadership with a genuine passion for quality. Experience managing complex projects, applying quality tools and delivering results in a fast-paced automotive or engineering environment will be key.
