We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Executive Search firm to appoint a Project Liaison to sit with in their CFO practice.
This is a key role supporting C-suite executive search assignments from initiation through to successful completion. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, coordinating activity across senior stakeholders, and acting as a trusted liaison between clients, candidates, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple executive search assignments, ensuring consistent alignment across all parties involved
- Liaise with C-Suite level clients and candidates
- Coordinate and manage complex diaries for meetings, interviews, etc.
- Prepare client pitch documents
- Building and managing search timelines
- Maintain CRM
- Identify and implement operational improvements that elevate client experience

About you:
- Minimum 5 years in a project coordination, ideally within Executive Search or a similar industry
- Experience liaising with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Confident with Microsoft Office and AI tools
- Comfortable managing large data sets with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive, highly organized, and confident with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
