PMO Administrator - Health WAN Rollout

Location: Belfast

Contract: 6 Months

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/3 days remote

Day Rate: £275 - £300 DOE

Sector: Telecommunications/Managed Network Services

Working Arrangement

The role will be based in Belfast, with an expected working pattern of 3 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Applicants must have full working rights in the UK/Northern Ireland. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

We are seeking a PMO Administrator to support a major Health WAN rollout programme in Belfast. Working alongside Project Managers and the wider delivery team, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to help keep the project organised, on track and well documented.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO Administrator, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator who is comfortable working in a busy project environment and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider project team.
  • Organise and coordinate project meetings, workshops and calls.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and circulate actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
  • Assist with regular project status reporting and documentation.
  • Track project actions and follow up with stakeholders where required.
  • Maintain project records, documentation and relevant trackers.
  • Help coordinate project communications and ensure key information is kept up to date.
  • Support Project Managers with general project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with keeping project governance and reporting processes organised.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a PMO, Project Administration, Project Coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience taking meeting minutes and tracking actions.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs and project status reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience within telecommunications, networking, infrastructure or large-scale technology projects would be advantageous.
