About The Role
As part of the ASPRO team, you will support the planning and coordination of access, possessions, isolations, and resources to enable the safe and efficient delivery of railway projects. Working with project teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders, you will help ensure activities are delivered in line with Network Rail standards, industry requirements, and agreed timescales.
The role involves processing possession and isolation applications, monitoring programmes and progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) requirements. You will also contribute to effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to help ensure successful project delivery across the railway network.

Your Experience And Skills
In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have/to be:
- Some management experience including project management.
- Educated to HND/HNC or similar standard.
- HSQE awareness, issues and principles.
We would also like but it isn't crucial to have/to be:
- Membership (or working towards membership of) the Association for Project Management.
- A degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, commercial and financial aspects.
- Understanding of possession planning.
