The Role
You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver outstanding programmes and projects to our clients. Working closely with our Account Managers, you’ll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle - from planning and logistics to evaluation and client communication. You’ll be the driving force behind seamless, high-quality delivery.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work (from a location commutable to London) and regular in-person collaboration in London and Ascot. You’ll also have opportunities to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects and programmes.
- Take ownership of delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and materials for programmes.
- Administer our suite of assessments and certification programmes.
- Ensure participants have everything they need to have a best-in-class learning experience.
- Support Account Managers with subcontractor coordination, purchase orders, contracts, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with our consultants and moderators to ensure they are set up for success.
- Collect and analyse data including feedback to identify trends and share insights with clients to improve future delivery and demonstrate return on investment.
- Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives including helping to identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology and AI for improved efficiency.
- Continue developing your skills in project delivery, consulting, and customer experience.
