Project Management Coordinator – London – Hybrid – Advertising industry - £30,000 - £40,000
Join an innovative creative technology business backed by one of the world's largest marketing groups. As a Project Management Coordinator, you'll work with Design, Development, and Client Services teams to coordinate projects, manage resources, and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role
- Coordinate projects across multiple internal teams.
- Manage project schedules and resource allocation.
- Communicate timelines and updates with key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Support continuous improvements to project processes.

About You
- 2-4 years' experience in project management, project coordination, or operations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working with stakeholders.
- Experience in an Agile environment or with project management tools is advantageous.
