Your programme
Working within the Programme & Change Delivery Team as a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business-critical projects that drive improvements across the organisation. Working closely with sponsors, senior leaders, business stakeholders, and change professionals, you will ensure projects deliver their intended outcomes, realise measurable benefits, and create lasting value.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational performance, drive strategic change, and help shape the future of how we operate.
As part of the programme, you will rotate every six months across our four Programme & Change Delivery portfolios: Enterprise Services, Customer & Operational Services, Water Recycling, and Water Services. This will give you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and programmes, build relationships across the business, and develop a broad understanding of how we deliver change and value for our customers, communities, and the environment.

For this role, you’ll need to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
