Skills And Competencies
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with an interest in Project Management operations, governance, process improvement, and technology-enabled ways of working.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, project data, reports, and governance materials with a high level of attention to detail and organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional presentations, reports, meeting outputs, and stakeholder updates
- Interest in data analysis and problem solving, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Interest in process improvement and operational excellence, with the ability to identify opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working
- Strong learning mindset and initiative, with the ability to manage assigned deliverables, seek feedback, and continuously develop new skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; familiarity with project or collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies and practices, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, project governance, and project lifecycle concepts
- Basic understanding of Software-as-a-Service solutions, application programming interfaces, or technology-enabled business processes
- Awareness of Know Your Customer, compliance, client onboarding, or regulated business environments

Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in project management is an advantage
- Available for a 4-5 month internship with a flexible start date
Responsibilities
Support Project Management Office excellence by contributing to governance, reporting, process improvement, knowledge management, operational maturity, and artificial intelligence initiatives across the Customer Engagement organization.
- Review and enhance project documentation, templates, onboarding materials, governance artefacts, and delivery frameworks to improve consistency and quality
- Maintain and coordinate updates across project portfolios, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and data accuracy
- Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, recurring risks, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support the production of quarterly Project Management insights reports, identifying delivery trends, recurring risks, customer feedback themes, and opportunities for improvement
- Research, test, and document artificial intelligence use cases, automations, and workflow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort
- Identify and recommend process enhancements that streamline reporting, governance, coordination activities, and overall Project Management Office operations
- Provide project coordination support for internal initiatives and client projects, including meeting preparation, action tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and documentation management, working with guidance from experienced Project Managers while taking ownership of assigned deliverables

About The Team
Our team is responsible for leading complex client implementations of our KYC solutions by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and resources, resolving issues and ensuring successful delivery and handover – while also contributing strategic insights to support broader business goals.
Join our team as a Project Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in project governance, reporting, process improvement, operational excellence, and AI-enabled ways of working while supporting a global team delivering complex client implementations.
