Role Description

This is an on-site Project Management Intern role based in London. The intern will support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics-related initiatives, including preparing project documentation, timelines, and status reports. Daily tasks include:

The role also involves attending meetings, documenting action items, communicating updates to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution. This internship is designed to provide practical project management experience within a fast-moving logistics environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed project decisions.
  • Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Foundational Project Management and Program Management skills to assist in coordinating tasks and supporting delivery.
  • Basic Project Planning capabilities, including organizing activities, helping define milestones, and tracking progress.
  • Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) is beneficial.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
