Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for management of the project delivery team, with full operational P&L responsibility for the region. Managing a team of experienced Project Managers, to drive enhancements and profitable delivery of new connection projects across the region. Responsible for assessing team capabilities and resources in line with existing project requirements and the forecast pipeline of projects. Enhance and increase team capabilities and the scope of deliverable projects. Report project performance to the Director, highlighting project challenges. Build and develop processes and procedures to enhance project performance metrics (on time and in budget). Driving the development and expansion of the operational delivery mechanics in the region. Directly manage and deliver key high profile, flag ship projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, driving a quality first ethos.

Key Skills/Experience Required
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in delivery of projects from 11kv – 132kv (Experience at 132kv is essential)
- Experience in managing and reporting project performance (financial and operational)
- Leadership skills
