About The Team

Job Responsibilities

Business Review & Business Model Development

  • Full responsibility for business architecture organizational framework; continuously review and decompose existing business model, transaction chains, ecosystem structures, settlement, and fulfillment flows.
  • Champion top-level design for new business models, new business scenarios, and new market expansion, based on the company's business direction; output clear business flow diagrams, business models, and landing roadmap.

Business Solutions & Mechanism Building

  • Independently output comprehensive business solutions, optimization plans, and process reengineering designs targeting business pain points, process blockers, system capability gaps, and risk & settlement bottlenecks.
  • Accumulate standardized business platforms, promotional mechanisms, and operating norms.

Strategic Program Governance & Full-lifecycle Execution

  • Orchestrate company-wide strategic projects, key initiatives, and system upgrade programs; own project initiation, objective breakdown, milestone management, resource coordination, risk control, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to resolve blockers and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of project objectives.

Project Process Management & System Building

  • Establish and optimize the cross-border business project management system, review mechanisms, and delivery standards; unify project rhythm and specifications.
  • Track project implementation results, conduct data review, issue attribution, and mechanism iteration to continuously improve business delivery efficiency and project delivery quality.

Decision Support & Executive Reporting

  • Aggregate and synthesize key business progress, project milestones, risk issues, and solution value.
  • Issue recurring weekly reports, monthly reports, and dedicated project materials; provide updates to management on execution progress.
  • Provide decision-making basis for business leadership to drive implementation of critical resources and key decisions.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or project coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana), and AI tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international or e-commerce environment is desirable.
