We're supporting a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Project Management Officer on a 12 Month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing transformation function, supporting strategic projects, driving process improvements, and helping deliver meaningful change across the business. This role can be linked to the organisation's London, Edinburgh or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis, and is offering a salary of between £56,800 - £72,400.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of legal operations and transformation projects.
- Track project plans, risks, actions, and milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
- Produce project reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support change initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting or delivering projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, MS Project or JIRA.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, utilising tools such as Excel, Powerpoint or BI platforms.
- Experience within Legal Operations, Legal Project Management within a law firm or professional services environment.
