β‘ Industry: Financial Services π Location: London (hybrid) - 3 days in office and occasional travel to Horsham π Type: Inside IR35 πΈ Salary: Β£350-400 per day π Interview Process: 2 stages
What You'll Be Doing
- Gathering status updates from multiple workstream leads (technical and business) and consolidating them into coherent programme-level reports
- Managing and tracking cross-workstream dependencies
- Maintaining rate and budget tracking
- Producing clear, accurate reporting for the programme management team and C-suite stakeholders
- Working closely with an experienced Programme Manager to keep the programme on track

What We're Looking For
- Strong core PMO skills β this is not a technical role, but you need to be genuinely good at what you do
- Proven experience producing management-level reporting in a complex, multi-workstream environment
- Solid Excel skills
- Familiarity with Keyed In is useful; JIRA experience is a bonus but not essential
- Someone who can hit the ground running from day one
- Confident, personable and able to build relationships quickly
