PMO Transformation Consultant
We're looking for individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, bringing structure to major transformation initiatives, and working alongside senior stakeholders to deliver lasting change. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing consulting team supporting organisations across both the public and private sectors on some of their most important programmes.
The Role
You'll become part of a specialist Programme Management Office (PMO) and Transformation team, helping clients successfully deliver strategic business and technology change. Working across a variety of industries, you'll play a key role in establishing governance, managing delivery, improving programme performance and ensuring transformation initiatives achieve their intended outcomes.
Projects may range from digital transformation and organisational change through to large-scale business programmes, managed services and integration activities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead or support the delivery of complex programmes, portfolios and PMOs.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting, planning and programme controls.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and programme milestones.
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to provide trusted delivery advice.
- Support programme assurance, recovery and performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to business development activities, bids and client proposals.
- Help develop new delivery approaches, tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
- Build long-term client relationships while identifying future opportunities.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in professionals who have experience in several of the following areas:
- Leading or supporting major business or technology transformation programmes.
- PMO, Programme Management or Portfolio Management.
- Digital transformation or organisational change initiatives.
- Business transformation involving people, processes and technology.
- Programme governance, reporting, planning and delivery controls.
- Risk, dependency and benefits management.
- Programme assurance, recovery or turnaround activities.
- Working with senior executives and influencing key stakeholders.
- Producing high-quality presentations, workshops and communications.
- Supporting bids, proposals or consulting engagements.

Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies is highly desirable.
Certifications
The following would be beneficial, although not essential:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
- APM or PMI membership/certification
