Job Description:
Scube is looking for an experienced PMO focused on campaign operations and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing complex marketing or campaign operations programs with multiple parallel workstreams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and maintaining the overall integrated program plan
- Providing cross-workstream visibility and tracking across campaign activities
- Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of assets, customer journeys, and analytics activities running in parallel
- Managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Creating a consolidated view of program status and ensuring alignment across teams
- Supporting governance, reporting, and execution management

- Experienced PM/PMO with a strong background in campaign operations, marketing operations, CRM/customer engagement programs, or digital marketing delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and program tracking capabilities
- Experience working with creative, analytics, journey design, and delivery teams
- Experience with life sciences/Pharma Domain
