This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused project professional who enjoys bringing structure, visibility and control to complex projects.

You'll work closely with operational, commercial, engineering and planning teams, ensuring project reporting, governance requirements and assurance activities are delivered accurately and on time, enabling project teams to focus on the safe and efficient delivery of works.

What you'll be doing

Project Reporting

  • Coordinate, compile and submit project reports in line with contractual requirements.
  • Produce weekly and monthly project performance reports.
  • Coordinate inputs from project teams and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Provide meaningful project performance information to senior stakeholders.

Governance & Assurance

  • Maintain project governance documentation and records.
  • Coordinate governance reviews, submissions and assurance activities.
  • Monitor compliance with project governance requirements and processes.

Project Controls

  • Manage project action trackers and monitor close-out activities.
  • Coordinate and maintain lessons learned registers.
  • Support the administration of risk, opportunity and improvement registers.
  • Track and report on outstanding actions and overdue deliverables.
  • Manage and monitor project actions, ensuring timely completion and escalation where required.

Executive & Leadership Reporting

  • Coordinate the preparation of Steering Committee packs and presentations.
  • Support Business Unit Review (BUR) submissions and reporting requirements.
  • Collate project updates and performance data for executive reporting.
  • Ensure reports are reviewed and distributed in line with agreed timescales.

Planning & Compliance

  • Support the maintenance and review of project management plans.
  • Monitor compliance against project governance and management requirements.
  • Ensure document owners review and update plans and procedures as required.
  • Maintain project controls and programme documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
