Project Management and Operations Analyst Graduate 2027

About the role you’re considering

Your journey will begin in our Project Management & Operations Analyst team. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of activities including financial management, planning, risk and issue management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement across both internal and client-facing projects or live services.

Your Role
On joining, you will start in one of the roles outlined below. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different teams and disciplines over time, helping you build a broad skillset and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. Any moment between roles or teams will be based on business demand, individual performance, and development needs. During your application, you will be prompted to select your preferred area to start your career.
Programme Management Office (PMO)
You’ll work alongside Project Managers to support the successful delivery of projects. This includes monitoring and managing project finances, planning and tracking resources, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting change management, and identifying and managing risks and issues.
Service Analyst (SA)
You’ll be part of a service team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. You’ll help monitor and improve service performance against Service Level Agreements, manage incidents, problems, and changes, and work closely with technical teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure service reliability.
Business Operations Analyst (BOA)
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial activities, communications planning, calendar and mailbox management, and resource planning. This role offers great exposure to leadership teams and the opportunity to understand how the business operates at scale.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
