About Agoda

At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.

Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.

No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.

The Opportunity

As a Project Management Specialist on Agoda’s Languages Team, you will help ensure that Agoda’s products, campaigns, and customer experience feel relevant and seamless for users around the world.

You will manage complex localization projects across more than 40 languages, balancing competing priorities, tight release schedules, stakeholder expectations, quality requirements, and operational constraints. Working at the intersection of language, technology, and product development, you will play a key role in bringing Agoda’s global content to market efficiently and consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, coordinating across functions and cultures, and improving the way work gets done.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Own localization projects from end to end, including planning, requirements gathering, estimation, scheduling, execution, quality control, delivery, and post-project follow-up.
  • Coordinate complex, time-sensitive workstreams across multiple languages and content types, ensuring that localized content is ready for product releases, marketing launches, and business-critical deadlines.
  • Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including Product Owners, engineers, marketing and legal teams, customer support teams, business leaders, and language experts, to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage external language vendors and partners, including assignments, timelines, capacity, performance, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and budget monitoring.
  • Use AI-powered translation and project management tools to identify opportunities for automation, reduce manual work, improve scalability, and continuously increase team efficiency.
  • Anticipate risks and remove bottlenecks by proactively identifying dependencies, resolving issues, escalating concerns, and developing practical contingency plans.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, reports, and workflows, ensuring that stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Protect quality while working at speed, applying localization best practices and coordinating reviews to ensure that content is accurate, consistent, culturally appropriate, and fit for purpose.
  • Improve processes and ways of working by analyzing recurring challenges, gathering stakeholder feedback, and helping implement scalable solutions across the Languages Team.
  • Support stakeholders through periods of high pressure, creating structure and clarity when priorities shift and deadlines are demanding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
