Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Project Management & Strategic Facilitator - Placement (July 2027)

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is part of the BMW Group and its Goodwood manufacturing plant sits in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.

About the Role

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has acquired land to the east of the existing site to expand, modernise and upgrade its existing facilities, primarily to further increase its Bespoke capacity and capabilities. Our department is responsible to build these facilities in cost, time and quality according to the needs of their users, the production departments.

Working within the PMO team you will support administrating our digital project platform AUTODESK Forma, generating automated PowerBI project status reports and you will assist in key processes such as cost, schedule, design & construction management.

What Awaits You?

As part of the design & construction team, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in the successful implementation of the project.

  • Get deep insights into the complex contexts of building a highly integrated, modern & unique car manufacturing site.
  • Lead specific longer-term projects as part of the overall programme.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of documentaries, policies, processes and project rules.
  • Support, coordinate and manage specific daily tasks incl. the use of project specific software or creating management presentations.
  • Plan & coordinate project meetings, workshops, team building events and site visits.

What Should You Bring Along?

  • Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration, civil or mechanical engineering, or a related subject, with a strong academic record.
  • On site availability from 1st July 2027 to 31st July 2028.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk Forma and Power BI.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • An enthusiastic, organised and professional team player with strong communication skills.
