Project Management Trainee

Chelmsford, Essex | Full-Time | On Site

Want to understand what it takes to take a campaign from an objective on paper to real results in the market?

Myriad is looking for a Project Management Trainee to develop practical experience across sales, marketing and client campaign delivery.

This is not a typical project management role. You'll start hands-on with our sales and marketing campaigns, learning how customers, people and performance come together before developing towards greater responsibility for campaign coordination and delivery.

About Myriad

Myriad is a growing sales and marketing company based in Chelmsford, partnering with nationally recognised brands across multiple industries. We help clients acquire new customers, strengthen their market presence and drive commercial growth through direct sales and marketing campaigns.

We're an ambitious, collaborative team where people learn through practical experience, coaching and taking on greater responsibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
