Project Manager - Glasgow
A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its established Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality developments across the commercial property sector, delivering projects from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors
- Managing project programmes, risks, budgets, and reporting
- Monitoring project delivery against cost, quality, and programme objectives
- Leading client meetings and ensuring successful project outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Project Management role within construction or consultancy
- Experience delivering high-quality built environment projects such as: Commercial Offices, Student Accommodation, Higher Education / University Projects, Retail Developments, Data Centres
- Strong understanding of project delivery and construction processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as APM, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent is advantageous
