Project Manager Opportunity

A leading Housing Association is looking for a Project Manager to manage a variety of projects across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring business requirements are well understood and projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered successfully.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to implementation, managing delivery, risks, issues, and dependencies while working closely with teams across the organisation to achieve successful outcomes.

You'll play a key role in ensuring projects remain on track, establishing effective governance, and working with operational teams to make sure changes are embedded and the intended business benefits are realised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and delivering project plans, communications plans, and business readiness activities, ensuring projects remain on track across time, scope, and quality.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear mitigation actions and ownership are in place.
  • Identifying resources and leading project teams, including supporting business users throughout project delivery.
  • Establishing clear and effective governance in line with the organisation's Change Management Framework.
  • Working with operational managers to embed changes across processes, procedures, and practices and deliver planned benefits.
  • Reviewing project outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve project and change management processes.
  • Ensuring projects comply with corporate practices, procurement requirements, and relevant legislation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
