Project Manager - Carmarthen, Wales
Salary: Circa £70,000-£80,000 + package
Location: Carmarthen, Wales
Sector: Civil Engineering
The Role
You'll take a key role in the successful delivery of project works, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, to programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day construction and project delivery activities
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and site teams
- Monitoring programme, progress, risks, and project milestones
- Providing technical and engineering support throughout delivery
- Overseeing setting out, surveying, and GPS activities
- Managing QA/QC processes and maintaining project standards
- Coordinating buried services identification and safe excavation works
- Reviewing and implementing RAMS
- Maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinating temporary works activities
- Maintaining accurate project records and progress reports
- Working closely with clients and wider project stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous Project Management experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction
- Strong understanding of site operations and construction delivery
- Setting out, surveying, and GPS knowledge
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Good knowledge of QA/QC and RAMS
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 experience
- Experience with heavy civils / earthworks and groundworks.
