Join GES as a Project Manager in our dynamic Graphics department!

Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of live events? Are you familiar with large format graphics? Are you a good communicator who is comfortable managing multiple projects at once? If so, you may wish to chat to us about our two openings in Graphics Project Management.

GES, a global leader in live event marketing, is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our innovative Graphics team. Based at our Birmingham NEC office, this hybrid role offers a varied working environment, combining time onsite, in the office, and working from home.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face briefings with clients, initiating the planning process.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive work schedules based on client specifications, ensuring all necessary resources are identified.
  • Coordination: Communicate show requirements to all graphics departments and coordinate with design and production teams.
  • Budget Management: Provide detailed costing programs to clients and maintain up-to-date schedules accessible on our server.
  • Financial Oversight: Meet month-end financial deadlines, ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are completed on time.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication with design and production teams to manage deadlines and schedule changes.
  • On-site Preparation: Create detailed installation packs for on-site setups before event builds commence.
