GES, a global leader in live event marketing, is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our innovative Graphics team. Based at our Birmingham NEC office, this hybrid role offers a varied working environment, combining time onsite, in the office, and working from home.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face briefings with clients, initiating the planning process.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive work schedules based on client specifications, ensuring all necessary resources are identified.
- Coordination: Communicate show requirements to all graphics departments and coordinate with design and production teams.
- Budget Management: Provide detailed costing programs to clients and maintain up-to-date schedules accessible on our server.
- Financial Oversight: Meet month-end financial deadlines, ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are completed on time.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with design and production teams to manage deadlines and schedule changes.
- On-site Preparation: Create detailed installation packs for on-site setups before event builds commence.
