Project Manager | Creative/Marketing Agency | London (Hybrid)

We're hiring on behalf of a leading global precision marketing agency, working on a prestigious luxury automotive account.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join a high-profile creative account, managing a high volume of creative briefs from strategic conception through to final build. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and ensure flawless execution across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of creative production services across various channels, on time and within budget
  • Act as the central point of contact across Strategy, Client Partnership, Creative, Copy, Design, and Build teams
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a problem-solving delivery partner
  • Create and maintain project documentation including timing plans, cost estimates, and resource bookings
  • Proactively manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Support weekly revenue reconciliation reporting alongside bi-weekly burn meetings
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multi-channel campaign execution

What We're Looking For

  • Currently a Project Manager with proven experience managing projects (large & small, online & offline) from brief to final delivery
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Commercially minded, with an eye for business and growth opportunities
  • Creative flair and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with project management methodologies and platforms
