Overview

At Nortal, our driving force is a bold vision: to create transformative solutions that have a meaningful and lasting impact on people’s lives across the public and private sectors. From revolutionising tax systems and improving healthcare services to strengthening cyber security and streamlining government operations; our work has already positively influenced millions of citizens.

We are now seeking a Project Manager to join one of our core consultancy delivery arms. In this role, you will lead complex cyber security initiatives, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary delivery teams to create impactful success stories.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of delivery, cyber security, and client consulting.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of planning, managing, and delivering cyber security projects of varying complexity. You will support and lead delivery teams across multiple workstreams, including risk assessments, investigations, research, options analysis, operational setup, and technical delivery.

You will guide teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong stakeholder relationships, and measurable value for our customers.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver cyber security projects using predictive, adaptive, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across the full project lifecycle, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Support the definition, facilitation, and delivery of cyber security artefacts, processes, and operational services.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of both fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements.
  • Monitor and control project finances, resources, risks, quality, and schedules, acting proactively where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
  • Identify requirements, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and provide clear planning, tracking, and reporting to clients and internal management.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular communication, workshops, and on-site engagement where required.
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
