Remote

About the Opportunity

We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing organisation delivering innovative infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects that contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable, low-carbon future.

Working within the Programme Management team, you'll oversee projects from early-stage opportunity through to handover for delivery, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement and project coordination throughout the lifecycle.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving projects through each stage of the development lifecycle, working closely with commercial, technical and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from initial opportunity through to delivery handover.
  • Developing, maintaining and owning detailed project plans.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, commercial, sales and technical specialists.
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, issues and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to governance frameworks and internal approval processes.
  • Producing clear and concise project reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Managing project documentation, change control and audit trails.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and documentation.
  • Helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and aligned with commercial objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
