Deliver Outstanding Exhibition Projects

Whitespace Group is looking for an organised and commercially minded Project Manager to join our XPO team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role is primarily responsible for managing organiser projects, feature areas and exhibition deliveries from concept through to completion. Alongside project delivery, you'll provide support to our Customer Experience team during busy periods, ensuring exhibitors receive an exceptional level of service.

Working closely with Design, Graphics, Production, Warehouse and Installation teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

About Us

Whitespace Group is an award-winning exhibition design and production company based in South West London. We create impactful exhibition stands and event environments for clients across the UK and internationally.

Our XPO division specialises in organiser services, shell schemes and exhibitor support, delivering seamless events through exceptional planning, collaboration and customer service.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, your primary responsibility is delivering multiple exhibition and event projects simultaneously.

You'll manage organiser requirements, coordinate internal teams, oversee project budgets and support onsite delivery to ensure every project runs smoothly.

During peak periods, you'll also assist the Customer Experience team with exhibitor communications and order management, helping maintain the high standards of service our clients expect.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
