Project Manager
London, UK - Hybrid - 2 days a week in office
Role Overview
Project Manager with 10 Years Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (MA)
Key Responsibilities
- Should lead and coordinate business integration, separation, and divestiture programs across the deal lifecycle
- Should be able to manage due diligence, support, drive cross-functional work streams, track financial targets and synergies, and ensure Day 1 operational readiness
Core Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management
- Lead end-to-end MA integration, carve-outs, and post-close stabilization
- Planning & Governance
- Create roadmaps, track critical milestones, manage budgets, and build governance structures
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align work streams across HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology
- Risk Issue Mitigation
- Identify roadblocks, escalate critical issues, and enforce accountability across teams
- Reporting & Value Capture
- Monitor synergy realization, build executive dashboards, and report to senior leadership

Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience
- 4 to 8 years of progressive project management experience, ideally with direct exposure to MA transactions or large transformations
- Tools Proficiency
- Advanced command of tracking platforms like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com
- Soft Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Preferred Credentials
- Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
