Summary

Freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for an experienced Project Manager. The main purpose of this role is to manage multiple projects within the private network sector from start to finish whilst delivering our clients' goals. The role reports to the Operations Manager and will cover the planning and delivery of multiple high and low voltage projects within the private networks sector such as renewable energy, airports, factories, public buildings, universities etc.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Manage and deliver a number of ongoing projects within budget and programme.
  • Ensure that safety is at the forefront of everything we do, support and develop management teams to success.
  • Ensure Client satisfaction and contract KPIs are met/exceeded.
  • SHEQ and Safety rule compliance - Zero Harm.
  • People management, Retention and development.
  • Ensure that financial planning and forecasting is accurate. Develop growth plans.
  • Ensure that all teams are working in line with our core values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5yrs Experience within the Electrical sector of the Utility Industry.
  • Minimum of 5yrs Experience in a management role.
  • Experience with delivering projects for private sector clients, renewable energy clients or DNO’s - Desirable DNO relationship management experience.
  • Extensive understanding of private network sector requirements and specifications.
  • NEBOSH/SMSTS Level Safety accreditation.
  • Full Driving Licence, First Aid & Manual Handling - Desirable DNO Authorisations
