Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will work directly with customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead digital marketing and transformation projects using client's Marketing and Commerce solutions.
Working closely with customers at multiple levels, you will evaluate proposed solutions, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and support project resourcing. You will coordinate and lead all stages of project delivery, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring and successful closure.
You will help customers maximise the value of client's solutions by understanding their business challenges and delivering innovative, measurable solutions. This role supports customers across the UK & Ireland, the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on the UK. You should be willing and able to travel for approximately 30-60% of your working time and work from the London office around three days per week.
What you'll do
- Lead project scoping activities to identify, gather and analyse business requirements, understand key business drivers, and define effective, innovative solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, scope management, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, budget control, scheduling and reporting.
- Manage project resourcing and commercial activities, including forecasting, time management and invoicing.
- Build and maintain effective communication with customers, partners and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Take accountability for ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards.
- Help customers succeed in their digital transformation by providing guidance, industry best practice and expertise across client's Marketing and Commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) practice.

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong project management experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects within a software vendor environment, or a combination of vendor and client-side experience.
- Proven experience delivering Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management or Content Management projects.
- Ideally, experience implementing Adobe solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign or Adobe Commerce.
- Ability to manage large, complex projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management, prioritisation and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
- A recognised project management qualification and ideally a background in business consulting.
- Experience working with virtual teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Full professional fluency in English. Additional European languages would be advantageous.
- Minimum of six years' project management experience within the industry.
