You will be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects from commencement through to practical completion and handover.
  • Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, variations, valuations and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate CAT A and CAT B fit out works, ensuring all design, construction and client requirements are met.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, architects and design teams to maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant health & safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Lead regular site and progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and clients.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor performance and the overall construction supply chain.
  • Ensure a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all aspects of project delivery.
  • Drive the project team towards successful completion, client satisfaction and commercial success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
