Do you have project management experience? This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to join an event technology company providing registration, badging, scanning and related technology solutions to event organisers.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be managing client projects from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring everything is organised, accurate and ready for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating several client projects, keeping plans, records and key information accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure they are fully prepared for project delivery.
- Building positive relationships with clients and keeping them informed throughout each project.
- Managing client expectations and responding confidently to queries or changes.
- Supporting effective project handovers and completing relevant post-event activities.
- Taking ownership of your workload while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Learning the company's services and processes through full training and gradually taking responsibility for more complex projects.

- Previously worked as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Officer, Technical delivery manager, IT Project Manager, Events Project Manager, Technology Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, Technology Project Coordinator, Event Project Coordinator, Project Executive or in a similar role.
- Prior experience in project management or project coordination.
- Background in dealing directly with clients in a professional manner
- Confident and personable, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage client expectations professionally.
- Previous experience in the events sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a growing business.
- Right to work in the UK.
Important Notes
- Local candidates will be preferred (ideally within 40 minutes commute)
- Part-time candidates will not be considered
- Full training will be provided
- Sponsorship is not available
Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Hybrid: working 2 days from home per week (available after training)
