Project Manager with 10 Years Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
Should lead and coordinate business integration, separation, and divestiture programs across the deal lifecycle. Should be able to manage due diligence support, drive cross-functional workstreams, track financial targets and synergies, and ensure Day 1 operational readiness.
Core Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end M&A integration, carve-outs, and post-close stabilization.
- Planning & Governance: Create roadmaps, track critical milestones, manage budgets, and build governance structures.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Align workstreams across HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology. Risk Issue Mitigation: Identify roadblocks, escalate critical issues, and enforce accountability across teams.
- Reporting & Value Capture: Monitor synergy realization, build executive dashboards, and report to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of progressive project management experience, ideally with direct exposure to M&A transactions or large transformations.
- Tools: Proficiency in advanced command of tracking platforms like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.

Preferred Credentials
- Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
