Project Manager

Required by a market-leading, award-winning, professional services organization based in Central Bristol on a hybrid working basis.

Salary

£55,000 - £65,000 DOE + excellent benefits, including a 10-15% annual bonus, private healthcare, and flexible hybrid working.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly respected and rapidly evolving organization at the forefront of digital transformation, innovation, and AI adoption.

Working as part of a high-performing transformation function, you will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects designed to improve operational efficiency, modernize business processes, and drive organizational change. Current initiatives include AI-enabled workflow redesign, enterprise technology implementations, financial systems transformation, workplace modernization, and people-focused change programmes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in emerging technologies, digital innovation, and the practical application of AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital, transformation, and innovation projects.
  • Define project scope, plans, budgets, and delivery milestones, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to ensure effective delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support sprint planning, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates and clear communication.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation, including business cases, requirements, and status reports.
  • Ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations following project completion.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation, digital, or technology-led projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, with practical experience of Scrum and Agile ways of working.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprint activity, and project reporting.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, innovation, or digital transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering enterprise systems implementations or business transformation programmes.
  • Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, or MSP.
  • Experience working within a complex, matrix-managed organization.
