Project Manager – Facilities Management
Location: Multi-site – London
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team, responsible for delivering a range of projects across a multi-site portfolio throughout London.
The successful candidate will manage projects from initial planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of facilities and building-related projects across multiple London sites.
- Manage projects from inception through to completion, including scope definition, procurement, implementation and handover.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, risks, issues and key milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with relevant health & safety, statutory, compliance and building regulations requirements.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure works are completed to agreed specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, approve expenditure within delegated authority and identify opportunities for cost control.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits across the London portfolio and monitor project progress.
- Manage variations, change control, risks and project documentation.
- Ensure appropriate commissioning, testing, certification and handover documentation is completed.
- Work closely with the wider Facilities Management team to minimise disruption to building users and business operations.
- Support planned maintenance, lifecycle, refurbishment, compliance and improvement programmes where required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, occupiers, contractors and other key stakeholders.

About You
You will be an experienced Facilities Management or Building Projects professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects across multiple sites.
You Will Ideally Have
- Proven experience in project management within Facilities Management, property, estates, construction or a similar environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of building services, maintenance, refurbishment and facilities-related projects.
- Experience managing contractors and external consultants.
- Good commercial and financial management skills.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and relevant statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project management/reporting systems.
- A full UK driving licence, as regular travel between London sites will be required.

Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, Facilities Management, Construction, Building Services or a related discipline.
- APM, PRINCE2, RICS, IWFM or similar professional qualification
