Please note: This role requires a high level of mobility. You will be expected to spend several days almost every week on-site in Germany, coordinating directly with our international teams and clients. If you are looking for a dynamic, travel-ready position, this is the right match for you.
Role Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects for our ATS customers. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to support weekly and monthly reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrable experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

How you will make an impact
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project objectives with business goals and expectations.
- Delivery of Projects: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for ATS customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management as required.
- Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to manage project expenditures within approved budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
- Effective Risk and Mitigation Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, including budget reports, cost estimates, and financial projections.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other customer stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on financial aspects of project deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
- Project Status Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues, and proposing recommendations for resolution.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project data, including financial metrics, budget tracking, resource allocation, and progress milestones.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management and financial processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
