As a Project Manager at Quadmark

You own the execution of client programmes from plan to close. You turn complex work into clear plans, and clear plans into delivery that clients trust.

You are not just coordinating tasks. You are creating the structure, rhythm, and visibility that allows teams to deliver high-quality work consistently.

When you do this well, clients experience smooth, on-time, on-budget delivery. Your Pod Lead can focus on growing the account. And your team knows exactly what is expected of them.

If you take pride in building order from complexity — and want to be trusted with delivery that matters — this is that role.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT

The Project Manager owns delivery. You are responsible for turning plans into outcomes — reliably, consistently, and without surprises.

  • You think ahead. You build plans that people trust, surface risks early, and keep delivery on track when things shift.
  • You create clarity. Teams know what they are doing, when they are doing it, and what good looks like.
  • You do not wait for problems to appear. You anticipate them, raise them early, and act on them.
  • And you build delivery systems that work — and you apply them consistently across your projects.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Planning, scoping and setup

  • You build plans people trust.
  • You turn project scope into clear, structured delivery plans — milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership all defined before work starts.
  • You scope work properly upfront so that surprises become rare, not routine.
  • You align teams early. Everyone knows what is needed from them and when.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Managing delivery

  • You own the delivery rhythm.
  • You track progress against milestones and adjust early when things shift. Plans stay relevant because you keep them alive.
  • You coordinate teams with clarity — clear briefs, clear deadlines, clear feedback loops.
  • You run meetings that move work forward. No repetition, no ambiguity — just progress.
  • You ensure deliverables meet Quadmark standards before they reach the client.

Risk and escalation

  • You surface risk early.
  • You maintain a live view of risks across your projects. Nothing appears for the first time in front of a client.
  • You escalate with context and a recommendation — not just a problem.
  • You are the person who raises a flag before an issue becomes urgent.

Financial accuracy

  • You own the numbers at project level.
  • You track budgets consistently and understand what is driving any variance.
  • You flag risks early — before scope changes are agreed or costs are incurred.
  • You provide clean, reliable inputs so pod-level financials are accurate and predictable.

Contribution to delivery standards

  • You improve how delivery works.
  • You act as a role model for delivery quality within the pod.
  • You share what works — templates, approaches, improvements — so others can deliver more effectively.
  • You spot patterns and suggest better ways of working, not just fixes for individual projects.
