Stanton House are partnering with a global organisation on a major transformation programme spanning digitisation, automation and AI-enabled technology. It's a large-scale, multi-region initiative with enterprise-wide impact — a chance to join a high-profile programme at a pivotal stage.
Role
This role will take ownership of rollout planning, stakeholder coordination, change readiness and deployment execution, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and ways of working.
The successful candidate will work within a complex transformation environment, partnering with senior stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks and drive delivery against programme objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed rollout plans across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate activities across business, operational and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive readiness activities ahead of deployment, ensuring users, processes and support functions are prepared for change.
- Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Lead deployment and go-live activities, ensuring effective execution and minimal disruption.
- Support post-deployment activities, including hypercare and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Establish strong governance and reporting processes to provide visibility of progress, risks and key decisions.
- Deliver clear and effective communication to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Partner with change management teams to drive engagement, adoption and successful implementation.

Requirements
- Proven track record delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes
- Strong rollout/project management experience in complex, matrixed organisations
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Confident with risk, issue and dependency management
- Experience leading deployment/go-live
- Comfortable operating across international or multi-country environments
- Background in AI, automation or digital transformation delivery
