Project Manager | Engineered Solutions & Critical Infrastructure

UK

£50,000 - £55,000 Basic + Bonus + Package

About Our Client

Our client is a highly regarded UK engineering and manufacturing organisation, renowned for delivering bespoke, high-quality solutions to critical infrastructure sectors. With a strong reputation for innovation, technical excellence, and customer service, they continue to experience significant growth and are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex engineered-to-order projects ranging in value from £10,000 to over £5 million, supporting the delivery of containerised solutions, acoustic enclosures, ventilation systems, and associated mechanical and electrical installations.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from order receipt through to final handover. Acting as the primary customer contact, you will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role will suit a commercially aware Project Manager with a strong engineering or manufacturing background who enjoys managing technically challenging projects and building strong customer relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
