Salary: Competitive + Equity + Benefits (commensurate with experience)
About the Opportunity
We are supporting a high-growth, venture-backed UK medical device company developing a novel, next-generation medtech platform designed to address critical unmet clinical needs.
Following successful clinical trials and with active US studies underway, they are preparing for our 510(k) regulatory submission and gearing up for commercial launch. To maintain this momentum, they are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of their core product development programme.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role at the heart of our operations. Working directly with executive leadership, you will serve as the operational heartbeat of our engineering, clinical, regulatory, and supply chain work streams.

- Own and maintain the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) across hardware, software, and system-level work streams.
- Translate high-level milestones into detailed work plans, critical path analyses, and resourcing strategies.
- Proactively manage risks, drive resolutions, and deliver status reporting directly to executive leadership.
- Maintain and manage the Design History File (DHF) timeline to support the planned regulatory pathway.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
