Project Manager (Contract)

Location: London (Remote)

Rate: £457/day (Inside IR35)

Our Client is hiring a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of medium to complex projects—driving outcomes across scope, budget, quality, timescales, and risk. If you're someone who thrives in complex delivery environments and enjoys bringing teams and stakeholders together to land results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams (up to 30 resources), including third-party suppliers and subcontractors
  • Own project planning, governance, financial management, and delivery across the project lifecycle
  • Define, plan, manage, and re-baseline project plans where required; keep scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues tightly controlled
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessments are in place
  • Use delivery methodologies (Agile, Iterative, and Predictive) to maximize business benefits and respond to shifting priorities
  • Present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, support decision-making, and manage expectations
  • Support customer acceptance, service transition, and successful project closure
  • Monitor performance, embed delivery best practices, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, accruals, revenue/costs, and margins while maintaining contractual compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
