Role Type: Full time / Permanent

Lead a major digital transformation programme supporting the future of the Naval Nuclear Enterprise

At Babcock we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Project Manager at HMNB Clyde in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute.

The role

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering the MAS9 Project, a major transformation programme focused on implementing a dedicated Enterprise Asset Management solution for the Naval Nuclear Enterprise. This programme will help modernise asset management capability, strengthen governance and support future operational requirements across a critical national infrastructure environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate project activities, manage governance and reporting, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. • Engaging with programme teams, senior stakeholders and delivery partners to support successful project outcomes.
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring effective project controls are maintained.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
