Project Manager
Role Location: Hybrid - Leadenhall Market / Home with some travel to Salisbury
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5
Salary: £55-60k doe

Private equity backed Insurtech, Tedaisy Insurance Group, is seeking a Project Manager with Financial Services experience (ideally insurance) to deliver business and technology change, in line with the tactical needs of the business. This role will have exposure to a broad range of business facing projects, working directly with stakeholders across multiple business areas and departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects across the business.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks and dependencies, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, risk registers, dashboards and status reports.
- Report progress to leadership and PE sponsors.
- Partner with technology and data teams on system implementation, migration and integration initiatives.
- Support new product launches, ensuring readiness across operations, compliance and customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices in project delivery.
- Lead and guide project coordinators and team members.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within insurance, financial services or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change (e.g., platform implementation, data migration, or product rollout).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday, Smartsheet, MS Project or equivalent).

Desirable
- Experience in PE-backed or fast-growth environments, where pace and prioritisation are key.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Scrum Master).
