Project Manager (Defence-Software)
Location: Hybrid in Central London
We are currently partnering with an industry-leading organisation within the defence sector to find an experienced Project Manager to join their EMEA Defence team in London.
In this mission-critical role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex defence software projects and act as the primary delivery interface for Royal Navy customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through deployment and support, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for Royal Navy customers, building trusted relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including Engineering, Consultancy, Solution Architecture, and Product functions—to align technical deliverables with customer requirements.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, RAID logs, budgets, forecasts, and compliance with strict security and contractual standards.

What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects within defence, government, software, or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong preference for a maritime or naval domain background, including direct experience working with the Royal Navy or maritime defence customers.
- Exceptional project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory Requirement: Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
- Professional project management certifications (such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP) are highly desirable.
