Outline of Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Projects team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in construction, fit-out or installation projects to lead multiple projects from concept through to completion.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading project teams, maintaining and growing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards of quality, safety and profitability. You will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and innovation while supporting the long-term growth and success of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop client briefs into detailed and deliverable project plans.
  • Produce project scopes, specifications and supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to develop accurate cost plans.
  • Manage design development and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Undertake contract administration responsibilities.
  • Develop project programmes and manage project phasing.
  • Chair and lead project meetings with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project performance, resources and commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead and develop Site Managers and wider project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Drive a "right first time" approach to quality, aiming for defect-free project handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project profitability, including the timely and accurate production of CVRs.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery, construction methodologies and technical solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
