Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next client-side opportunity? We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver a range of estates and construction projects for a healthcare organisation in Leicestershire.

You’ll manage multiple projects valued up to £10m, working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, estates and design teams. This is an initial six-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
The Role
As The Project Manager, You Will
- Manage multiple estates and construction projects valued up to £10m.
- Oversee project budgets, programmes and timescales.
- Manage contractors and ensure high Health & Safety standards.
- Provide senior management with clear updates on project progress and costs.
- Coordinate with estates, design and construction teams.
- Ensure successful delivery within a live operational environment.

About You
To be successful as the Project Manager, you’ll have:
- Proven project management experience within estates, construction or a similar environment.
- Experience managing contractors, budgets and project programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
