Attega Group are currently working with our client to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their growing office-based team and help deliver outstanding results for their clients.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, within the Projects & Design team, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring critical power projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and with customer satisfaction at the heart of every decision.
You'll manage a dynamic portfolio that typically includes a few large-scale projects alongside multiple medium-sized installations and smaller remedial works to existing systems, shared between two Project Managers and a Project Coordinator.
It's a varied role that will keep you engaged and challenged, so you'll need to be highly organised and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, from initiation through to completion.
- Create detailed project plans, manage resources, and proactively identify and address risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications.
- Work closely with a small team of experienced Installation Engineers to deliver solutions that meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners to achieve project objectives.
- Lead on health, safety and environmental compliance across all project activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage projects ranging from approximately 6 weeks to 6 months, with engineering involvement varying from 2 days to 12 weeks, depending on project complexity, supplier lead times and customer requirements.
- Become an integral part of the business, leveraging your knowledge and experience throughout the entire project lifecycle, from quotation through to commissioning and everything in between.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional who can successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards.

You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record in Project Management, ideally within an engineering or industrial installation environment.
- Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects, including large installations and smaller works.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence, as occasional travel may be required.
- An industry-recognised Project Management qualification is preferred.
