The position will see you leading a landmark mixed-use residential development in South East London, delivering over 500 new homes alongside retail, leisure, restaurant, café, and community space.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Project Director, the successful candidate will take operational responsibility for the scheme and, at peak, will manage a team of up to 10 Site Managers and Senior Site Managers.
