Job Description
Project Manager - CRM, CCaaS and CX Transformation
Location: Windsor (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week onsite)
Type: 6 months rolling contract
Currently I am looking for a Project Manager to lead a multi-workstream transformation programme across CRM, Contact Center (CCaaS), and Customer Experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, telephony, and CX projects from initiation through post-go-live.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Customer Operations, IT, Digital, PMO, and vendors.
- Establish governance (RAID), manage budgets, and oversee resource planning.
- Drive operational readiness, user adoption, and process change for service teams.

Requirements
- Proven delivery on major platforms: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, or NICE.
- Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder alignment skills; experience in regulated sectors (Finance, Utilities, Telecoms) is a plus.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification.
